I met a guy recently. I shall call him Miguel. Here is an excerpt of a conversation we recently had...

Miguel: "I'm the youngest of 5 children".

Me: "Oh wow. Well, I'm the oldest and the youngest of one."

Miguel: "You're... what? I didn't get that..."

Me: "Oldest AND youngest. Of one."

Miguel: "Oldest... but you're the youngest... I don't get it."

Me: "I'm the only child."

Miguel: "OH I see! (Nervous laughter)"

...Not exactly the coldest beer in the fridge, is he?
